Coronavirus Tips You Can Depend On
At this point, the spread of coronavirus in Tri-Cities has resulted in a state of unease for its unease. This isn’t surprising considering how much everything seems to change on a day-to-day basis. However, by staying informed and paying attention to the latest tips you can keep yourself protected. Take a look at the following tips provided courtesy of the CDC and the World Health Organization (WHO):
- Wash often: Hands transmit disease and illness including coronavirus more than any other body part. As such, it’s vital that you wash your hands often with soap and water. The CDC recommends a minimum of 20 seconds at a time, especially if you’ve gone outside of the home recently.
- Don’t forget the sanitizer: When washing your hands isn’t really an option, there’s always hand sanitizer. To ensure maximum effectiveness, be sure your chosen sanitizer is at least 60% alcohol to ensure protection against coronavirus.
- Self-isolate: Coughs, sneezes, and breath particles help spread coronavirus. That’s why it’s recommended to stay at home as much as possible. If you do go out in Tri-Cities, be sure to follow the guideline of six feet of space between you and other people.
- Clean your home: The home will take on the germs you leave behind. For this reason, you need to sanitize and disinfect the home as well. If protection is your concern, then make sure to follow the sanitization protocol established by the World Health Organization.
